 An Ode to the Waterfalls

The true wonders of nature are these waterfalls, 

as they glisten the landscape all around.

How life emerges from them!

I see nesting behind the Waterfalls; catching the larvae of insects from the plunge pool of these waterfalls;

perched on a rock, it bobs up and down with its tail sticking up.

How amazing is the Dipper Bird!

How beautiful are the fish which jump from these waterfalls!

Even the bears catch these fish and find sustenance from these waterfalls!

Life flourishes all around!

Oh! How soothing is the sound of the water!

Tranquilizing the human mind!

Mesmerizing the onlookers!

Captivating is the scenic view all around!

As the water is seen falling in the sheet and curtain like features,

there is mystical mist that spreads around.

I wonder to myself,

"How could one fathom a heaven without waterfalls?"
