Keep the garden growing — the morning breeze knows, and God knows. Make yourself a patient struck by true love, and learn the broken heart's own medicine, my dear. The pain knows, the cure knows, and God knows. If you seek life beyond your death, then hear the secret of the humble path — The path of the Faqeers Be lost in faithfulness till the self is gone, for what survives beyond — only God knows. Even if the prayer is not fulfilled, let it not fade away. Keep your supplication alive, O Shakir — the prayer knows, and God knows.
